My friend won a contract with the Uzun Group as an architect. Because Turkey, in particular, Cyprus, is so corrupt, when he tried to use his banking app to pay for basic necessities as well as work crews and engineers for his project, it was flagged. His bank wants his biometrics. He can't change that until he comes home. The company is refusing to allow him to leave even though he has proof his bank account is frozen because of all the suspicious activity that comes from just being there. That company refuses to accept he can pay the foreman and other workers if he can get to his bank. They don't care. I've sent a bit to help him be able to eat. He is an American and the consulate is nothing but a tiny annex. Please help him return to American soil. ASAP!
