My Mother, Ashley Joseph, is currently undergoing treatment and potentially having surgery to remove a tumor from her pituitary gland. This fund is to raise money to help my family with expenses from medical, travel, to lost wages. Mom plans to continue working as long as she is able. However, because this medical issue has taken so long to diagnose and is so complicated, she and Austin both have missed some work. Her symptoms are severe headaches and eye sight problems in the right eye. The doctors said the eye problems are due to the tumor putting pressure on the optic nerve.
Mom started complaining of headaches early this year. Due to an increase in her symptoms, she saw her primary care physician. After many tests and blood work she was placed on a prescription treatment plan after her prolactin results came back high. Initially, everyone thought the treatment was effective because Mom’s headaches improved, and her prolactin levels normalized. However, she began experiencing severe headaches accompanied by poor eyesight, especially her right eye. She is now working with specialist on further treatment plans.
I am humbly requesting your support through this difficult time to help with any unexpected expenses related to treatments, travel and accruing bills. Thank you for taking the time to read this and considering a donation or share my Mom’s story. Your generosity will make a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for your support.
Kindly,
Madison
