Hello, my name is Andreina Marval! I’m 24 years old from Punto Fijo, Venezuela. I’m a senior year undergraduate student majoring in accounting.
I’m reaching out to you today because I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, with a tumor of approximately 1.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
My chemotherapy process will be started on June 23, 2022. After my treatments my doctor informed me that I would need to have the tumor removed with a surgery, which costs about $5000, to eliminate any risk circumstance. Unfortunately, neither me or my family are able to afford the surgery because we don’t have the resources. I’m a full time student and I also work as an accountant trainee, receiving a salary of $100 monthly or $3.3 per day, which is the average monthly income in my country.
I was also diagnosed with chronic dermatitis since a young age and the treatment for this is quite expensive but we were able to manage it so far but with the cancer diagnose we won’t be able to handle all the expenses that are coming our way with the upcoming surgery to get the tumor removed.
