Prince is a hero! He saved his little sisters (Cookie) life when a large cottonmouth snake entered our yard. He was protecting his family when he got bit & took a large venom shot. Cookie jumped in to help and also got a poisonous bite, although much less venom than Prince. ()Cookie only weighs 15 lbs, while Prince is 65 lbs.). We are so thankful our local 24 hour emergency vet had the anti venom which saved both dogs lives!
I am thankful for these dogs everyday, they bring joy, comfort, companionship, fun and protection to our home that I share with my 84 yo dad who served in Vietnam and my 13 yo daughter who excels in Science and cheerleading.
