We are planning our next PQFC for 2026! The People’s Queer Farmers Convergence (PQFC) is a space for BIPoC farmers/earthworkers/land stewards and those wanting to reignite a relationship with the land and agriculture to come together for a weekend to nurture kinship, learn, rest, and play!
With everything going on in our lives, we are not at capacity to host a pqfc this year but we still think it’s important to make space to strengthen our relationships and continue to envision a world of love and justice that can support our hearts, bodies, and spirits. We do not consent to fascism, the starvation and genocide of our kin around the world, or state violence and deportation by ICE here on turtle island. We do this work to provide spaces of hope and healing. We are aware of how important food sovereignty, resource sharing and land tending work is. In hopes of building capacity and momentum, we’re gathering interested pqfc organizers and dedicated volunteers for a camping retreat.
We are fundraising for this organizer retreat! Meeting our goal will help to support with the following things:
- Travel stipends for participants
- Food
- Any extra funds will go towards PQFC 2026
