Family is in need of HOUSING!!
Hello my name is Kyli. My three children and I are looking for donors to help us with this unexpected housing situation. We have be gave 30 day notice to vacate our home that we been living in for the past 5 years!
First and foremost I want to thank anyone who is willing to help. You have no idea on how much of a positive impact it would make.... Most definitely at this time.
I am a single disabled mother with a 15 yr. old daughter, 9 yr old son, and 6 yr old son.
This is really difficult most definitely for my children. As this is their home to them it's all the have known.
My original landlord had sold the property about 2 weeks ago. And my landlord thought that these new owners were going to keep me. But the day they were able to sign off they did the complete opposite.
This is when I would find a letter stating NOTICE OF LEASE NON-RENEWAL and with it stating that consider this notice also as 30 day to vacate.
This came to us as a shock!
On this 30 day vacate notice it stated that this letter allowed "ample" time to seek a new residence. This is beyond ample time for anyone to find a new home.
Than not only when we was only gave 30 days she we had to deal with unscrupulous behavior from management/ new owners. Which has only added unnecessary distress, anxiety, fear, and worry.
With this being so sudden with not much of ample warning my kids and I may become homeless until I am able to find a 3 bed rental. Since I live on fixed income I don't have any emergency funds for all the cost that come from being displaced.
Such as moving fees, storage fees, a deposit plus first months rent, and a place to stay until I am able to locate a new residence. This is very concerning for my family and I.
If you are able to help us during our unfortunate circumstances. We would be beyond grateful and gratitude couldn't express how much this would make such a positive impact on our lives!
