After a back injury at work, it was discovered that Brad needed surgery on his L5 disk due to herniation. Because of this he has been unable to return to work for over a week, and will not be able to return to work until cleared by his surgeon. That will be another 4-6 weeks without income to support himself, his wife and kids and pay the bills. Anything helps. Thank you
