Well, I went on a website called low income.com and thought I found a private property owner by the name of Roman Kaiser. I’ve been talking to this man for months ever since before October 2025 this man told me that he has multiple properties from Detroit East side to West side and also in the downtown midtown area. I trusted this man I seen photos of properties and everything. This man told me that he had a property available and it was ready to move in. All you had to do was pay the security deposit which was 400 and the move-in cost first months rent was $1220. He told me that the property that he had at 2447 Woodward Ave. was still available , he said yes it was still available, I thought this man was a legit business owner. He came from Facebook marketplace. He sent me rental applications, rental receipts, and everything, and after I wired him my money he ghosted me. He stopped all communication. He blocked me. He took my money from me and my family, and that wasn’t good for a man by the name of Roman Kaiser to be going around scamming people out of their money thinking that they’re getting a house that he’s putting us in and he’s not. He’s a scam artist .People Please be aware of Roman Kaiser. He’s on Facebook marketplace and he’s on low income-rental.com. this is a scam. This man is not real . He portrayed to be a business owner and a private property owner and this man is not either or he’s a scam artist that scam people into thinking that he has properties and he don’t and he takes peoples money and makes them think that they’re getting their keys to move in and he ghosted them and don’t talk to them and block all tides with talking and communicating with them. This man took all the money that I had saved for my family. I’m trying to raise money back so me and my family can move, but this man scammed me and he should be stopped.
