I have recently become disabled. I'm am out in disability and don't see that changing. The house we have now does not work for my ability to walk. We are living paycheck to paycheck now. We have found a home that is all one level. Handicap set up. Fills all our needs and after speaking to the owner is willing to work with us on everything. We need the down payment asap to secure the home. I am selling everything thing I can as fast as I can, but I don't think it will be enough fast enough. When this house came up I was in tears because it really is perfect for our needs. I have to believe there was a reason!
