The Miss Illinois' Jewels Program is all about confidence, friendship, mentorship, and girl empowerment. Girls ages 5–12 are paired with a Miss Illinois local titleholder who serves as a mentor while introducing them to the values of the Miss America Organization, including the Four Points of the Crown. Along the way, participants build lasting friendships, create wonderful memories, and develop skills that help them shine both on and off the stage.
