After living at the same residence for 15 years, I had a note on my door about a month ago from my landlord next door that she was going to end my lease. My previous landlord became ill and passed away. She was awesome. Her sister moved here from Cleveland and took over the property and it has been a nightmare since. She is very hateful and doesn't take care of the property. She told me she doesn't like kids and my 10 year old son is scared to go outside. We are like prisoners in our own home. It's a very stressful situation that has caused me to have severe anxiety attacks. We were hit by a tornado in 2019 and she never did all the repairs from that. I have been looking for a decent place to live for my son and I for weeks. This is not a planned move so I don't have the money saved up. I am requesting assistance with the deposit and movers.
