Hello folks my name is Brandon Ashcraft aka comedian Phunky White, host and creator of the show 'Whas up My Neighba?' ...In 2022 I was involved in two accidents in June and Nov where I was rear ended while carrying passengers for Lyft...The second accident was extreme and took me out of life for possibly 2 years or more .... It has been a long year already, full of medical appts, mris, therapy, stress and anxiety to the fact 4 surgeries 2 rotator cuff 1 neck 1 back have been suggested 2 are for ceratin necessary. One surgery has been completed Thurs July 13th and aside from severe complications in recovery and extra damage found during, I'm currently recovering very slowly due to living situations in Ocean Beach San Diego.. Due to the fact I was working for Lyft the disability lost wages and loss of income situation is very complicated and there at the moment is no financial outlet for me to tap into to survive and that's been for 9 mos already.. My amazing parents have been keeping me going by paying rent which at 51 im embarrassed by yet im still 3 months behind a place i need to move out of immediately thats full of nasty people bugs and is falling apart cause the owner no longer cares.... My family and I are personally raising money to help support me through the recovery for the rest of this 14 month + process..While im down im losing a 100 station nationally aired radio program i have created and enhanced over the years that lost its chamce due to the pandemic...to lose my lifes goal and dream os not an option bit now.....I am a United States Veteran as well with no support seeking 25 years of justice, and all i ever wanted to do was change the world through love and laughter and positivity... Any amount will be used for rent and relocation, meds, phone, food etc...keeping in mind leftovers will be used towards next years surgies and down time...This nightmare is depressing and exhausting but my head is high as my very active life has come to a complete halt as well Ca has cut off my ebt so im desperate...its all insane and beyond me but its Gods Plan for me...
