Help Me Stay Healthy And Sober

I haven't had a easy life I've been through a lot I have a history of drugs I was an addict for over 11 year now been sober for almost 4 years now I need help with my heart and diabetic medicine I have lost my mother father and brother I have a 2 sisters that have done all thy can but my meds or over 400 dollars and eI recently lost my job do to medical conditions and I recently lost my place to live im trying to get a job I can do with out have any panic attack
