The University of South Carolina Men’s Lacrosse team is conducting a fundraising push to help with the costs associated with post-season play. The team is looking to advance through the SELC Conference tournament in Jacksonville and then the MCLA Championship in Round Rock, Texas. We are a student led organization that is 99% self-funded with membership dues. The team has represented the University well with our hard work. We are now ranked inside the top-10 in the country and we are peaking at the right time. Because the postseason is not guaranteed, we do not include it in our budget. However, our goal is to win a national championship every year and we do that with the help from our fans and supporters. With your help, we were able to win the last National Championship in 2019.
The cancellation of the last two years from the Covid years have left a void and longing in our players to achieve that feeling once again. We are asking that you help with fundraising and spread the word to reach as many people as possible to aid us with our post-season associated costs that include transportation and lodging to Jacksonville and Round Rock. In the event we are unable to secure a bid to the MCLA tournament, we will maintain the funds that we raise for future cross-country travel to maintain a high quality out-of-conference schedule.
Thank you for your continued support.
