I’m reaching out for help after an unexpected accident left me without a car. During severe icy conditions, a light pole fell onto my vehicle after being weighed down by ice and tree limbs. The impact shattered the sunroof and caused extensive damage, and unfortunately, my car has been declared totaled.
This happened completely out of the blue, and losing my car has made day-to-day life much more difficult. Reliable transportation is essential for work, appointments, and basic daily needs, and right now I’m facing the challenge of replacing a vehicle sooner than I was prepared for.
