I was arrested for hitting a guard rail instead of the car in front of me when they slammed on brakes. Cops said it was DUI but I passed all tests proving I was sober. They didnt read my my rights when I was arrested and they didnt provide me with a lawyer. They kept telling me to sign a paper taking away my rights and then I could gave some water. They kept handcuffs so tight I have bruises even though I told him i had a stroke and my left side does not function properly. Im disabled and cant work. They took our car and now my husband cant get to work. Ive never been in trouble in my life. I am just asking for a little help so we can get car so my husband can work and hopefully get a lawyer to fight charges since they didn't appointment me one. Im sorry to beg for help but I have no other options.
