My family has been refugee for almost all their lives. My father became refugee in his 30s. We lived in Pakistan as refugees for long time but never were "legally" in the country. We moved to Afg in 2010 and lived a fearful life for over one decade. Recently, Afg was taken by Tlbn insurgents. My family had no way to flee the country dispite being in imminent threat of Tlbn for almost two months. They were internally displaced in multiple cities of AFG. One of my brother have gone missing two to three days before the bomb blastings in Kbl. We did not here from him until now.
My three sisters, two brothers, sister-in-law, two months old nephew who was born in this chaos and my father were able to make it to Qatar this Tuesday! Their final destanation will be U.S.A. My sister and I live in the US and we will like for them to come to the US and become part of the community and finally breath in peace after years of sufferings. We do not know how long will it take them to come here.
