I’m starting this campaign to help my friend out. After a break up his dog was held hostage from him and being starved to death, living in deplorable conditions. We were able to get the dog rescued today and animal control released the dog to him but he was ordered to get him an immediate vet appointment that he wasn’t financially ready for. I’m just trying to get help to get the dog the care he desperately needs immediately. I will see that anything donated will be used for the dog only.
