Ordinary people of Odessa volunteer to help Ukranian Armed Forces and Territorial defense. They buy food for a free kitchen that feeds the soldiers and ordinary citizens in need. Additionally, they buy equipment for the soldiers fighing on the frontlines (for example, flame surpressors for AK rifles, on the table in the picture above). It is the most efficient way to donate, your money (however little) with free labor of motivated volunteers will make a huge difference and will make the inevitable victory closer.
