Sam is my Dog I got from my Grandmother. Sam has never had much of a good life, there was a lot of violence and neglect. when I met Sam I saw what such an innocent sweet soul he was I saw him for who he was and I promised to God that I’d take him out of that place and give him the apple cherry life he deserves but unfortunately he got diagnosed with heart worms and it’s been getting really scary for me honestly. I see all the symptoms and I just don’t want to loose my best friend he’s genuinely a light to this world and he doesn’t deserve anything but the best so I please ask for help on this because it is very detrimental to me and honestly this is a cry out for help
