Jen Toth, Lauren Blevins, and myself have led these girls for 6 years through our church's youth group. We've seen them at their highest highs and their lowest lows. We've watched little 6th grade girls walk into youth group and now leaving as 12th grade ladies going out to reach their goals in life. When I tell you each and every one of these girls are so special I'm not lying. Each one has taught me something. I was there to help them grow in their faith but they helped me grow my faith. I'm so blessed to have each one of them in my life.
As they all head to college and the military is leaders would like to honor them with a little special gift. A few weeks back I got a "favorites" list from them so I was thinking a basket for each girl as they head off. We are having our last "big" hoorah on may 30th.
I know asking for help is a lot but I have one leader who has dealt with so much this year with the Heath of her son, another leader getting married, and myself doing the best I can. Of COURSE we will all be pitching in money too but if you could spare even $5.00 to make this happen it would be something I'll never forget!
