Curtis and Dianne have been staying in their RV for 10 years in the Escondido area. This RV provided them a place to stay out of the heat, rest at night, cook, and do the things that they needed to do.
Unfortunately, the RV burned down, and now Curtis and Dianne have been staying in a tent in Escondido. They need the communities support with basic items, and medical support. Dianne has hypertension and is affected by the heat, and living outside is really hard for her.
They only have General Relief and SSI that totals out to a little over 1.5 grand a month to live off.
