Urgent Spinal Surgery: Help Save My Mobility

Hello, as humbling as it is to do this I need help getting this urgent spinal surgery. I have severe spinal compressions at c3 through c7, If I don't get this sorted out I will become fully paralyzed and fully incontinent, it's only a matter of time.
