Here is a bit more background:

Single mother of two. Helped raise 5 of my sibling’s children while raising my own. Struggled financially for years but worked my way up to a good wage without a full college degree. 
Filed bankruptcy on my own without a lawyer to get a fresh start. 
Had same job and home for three years when I went to byrider desperate for a vehicle. 
In 2020 I got covid and it triggered an autoimmune disorder in my body. I was bedridden for months at a time on and off of work. 
When I went to Byrider, the women (all employees other than service staff are women) were so nice. 
The lady in the CNAC office went over my budget with me. I told her I had been working on my credit for a couple years. She said that it was really good that there wasn’t any other new debt. She asked me if something happened and my income dropped would I still pay my loan. I told her I would pay it before my rent because without a car I couldn’t get to work or doctor.
Not even two months after having the car things started going wrong. They refused to cover the first thing (car overheated and left stranded). Told me was a broken belt not covered $248. Paid that. Felt wrong but still happy was able to take care and move on. 
Everytime I called for an oil change or service they never had definite quick service just run around.
Daily harassment by phone text email and messenger.
They called me and harassed me the day my brother died of a fentanyl overdose. Even after I told them. They have no conscience.
I payed my loan faithfully even long after I was out of work and waiting on disability pay. My father helped me as much as he could on a fixed income but at some point he just couldn’t keep helping me and the car kept dying anytime I drove it for months and months. 
There is so much more but I am tired now because the have swallowed up my mental energy for the last two years!!!!!
