I am raising funds to help me get through a short but urgent transition period before starting a new seasonal wellness-related position, expected to begin around May 11, 2026.
My current housing arrangement ends on April 29, 2026, leaving me with about a two-week gap before my job starts. After a very difficult year of rebuilding my life, I do not have enough of a financial cushion to safely cover this transition on my own.
Over the past year, I have been rebuilding after leaving an unsafe and destabilizing situation. I left with very little, including many of my belongings, and I have been doing my best to regain stability while managing ongoing health challenges, chronic pain, and limited resources.
Recently, I was offered a seasonal role that connects with my background in customer service, patient coordination, beauty, esthetics, and wellness. This opportunity means a lot to me because it feels like a real chance to step into employment, structure, independence, healing, and long-term stability.
Right now, I am very close to this next step, but I need help getting there safely.
Ideally, I am hoping to raise up to $3,000 by April 29, when my current housing arrangement ends. I know this is a very short window, so any support received between now and the start of my new seasonal position around May 11 would still make a meaningful difference in helping me stay safe, stable, and prepared to begin work. These funds would help cover temporary housing, transportation, work essentials, personal-care basics, food, and basic living expenses during this transition.
This is not just help for the next couple of weeks. It is a bridge into employment, dignity, structure, and a future I have been working hard to build.
My long-term hope is to create a life rooted in service, healing, and support. Eventually, I hope to work within or create a nonprofit or mission-driven project that helps people going through hardship feel less alone, less overwhelmed, and more supported than I often felt while trying to rebuild.
Any amount would make a meaningful difference, and sharing this fundraiser would also mean so much. Thank you for reading, supporting, sharing, or simply holding me in kindness as I take this next step with dignity, purpose, and hope.
