My name is Lizeth Soto Garcia, and I am writing this from San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico with my empty arms.
On June 29,2026 my beautiful daughter Evanny Kailany was born. She was healthy, she was perfect. For a few hours, I was just a new mother in love.
The following day, before we could be discharged, DIF (Desarollo Integral de la Familia- Child Protective Services in Mexico) came to the hospital, based on false accusations a complete lie made by someone who has never cared for our daughter they took our new born from the hospital.
We had to watched strangers take our new born baby away. I left the hospital with no baby. The only thing I was giving was a piece of paper with the hospital bill and a letter stating that my daughter was now in the custody of the state.
This is how fast it happens in Mexico. You don't get a warning. You don't get a chance to explain.
Since then my life has been court hearings DIF offices, psychological evaluations.
I am not an unfit mother, I have never abused, neglected or harmed my newborn. The accusation against me are false. But in the system you have to prove your innocence while your baby is growing up without you. And to prove it, you need what I don't have a good lawyer.
Public defenders in family law court in Mexico are overloaded. They have 100 cases. My case is just a number to them. But my daughter Evanny Kailany is not a number. She is my daughter and every day she is in a DIF shelter or with a temporary foster family instead of with her parents, we lose time we will never get back.
I am raising funds to:
1. Hire a private family lawyer in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico
2. Pay for required evaluations and documents.
3. Cover transportation and legal fees.
4. Prepare a safe home for Evanny- crib, clothes items for newborn formula for when she comes home, so DIF has no excuse to delay the reunification.
I believe with your help, I will get to being her home soon. Evanny Kailany deserves to be with her parents.
Since the positive test hearing her heartbeat for the first time, and I will not stop fighting to get her back. I will do everything in my power.

El 29 de junio de 2026 nació mi hermosa hija Evanny Kailany. Ella estaba sana, era perfecta. Durante unas horas, solo fui una nueva madre enamorada.
Al día siguiente, antes de que pudiéramos ser dados de alta, DIF (Desarollo Integral de la Familia- Servicios de Protección Infantil en México) vino al hospital, basándose en falsas acusaciones, una completa mentira hecha por alguien que nunca ha cuidado a nuestra hija, se llevaron a nuestra recién nacida del hospital.
Tuvimos que ver a extraños llevarse a nuestro bebé recién nacido. Salí del hospital sin bebé. Lo único que estaba dando era un papel con la factura del hospital y una carta que decía que mi hija estaba ahora bajo la custodia del estado.
Así de rápido sucede en México. No recibes una advertencia. No tienes la oportunidad de explicarte.
Desde entonces, mi vida ha sido audiencias judiciales, oficinas DIF, evaluaciones psicológicas.
No soy una madre inadecuada, nunca he abusado, descuidado o dañado a mi recién nacido. Las acusaciones en mi contra son falsas. Pero en el sistema tienes que demostrar tu inocencia mientras tu bebé crece sin ti. Y para demostrarlo, necesitas lo que no tengo un buen abogado.
Los defensores públicos en el tribunal de derecho de familia en México están sobrecargados. Tienen 100 casos. Mi caso es solo un número para ellos. Pero mi hija Evanny Kailany no es un número. Ella es mi hija y todos los días está en un refugio DIF o con una familia de acogida temporal en lugar de con sus padres, perdemos tiempo, nunca volveremos.
Estoy recaudando fondos para:
1. Contratar a un abogado de familia privado en Monterrey Nuevo León, México
2. Pague por las evaluaciones y documentos requeridos.
3. Cubre el transporte y los honorarios legales.
4. Prepare un hogar seguro para Evanny- cuna, artículos de ropa para la fórmula del recién nacido para cuando llegue a casa, por lo que DIF no tiene excusa para retrasar la reunificación.
Creo que con tu ayuda, pronto llegaré a su casa. Evanny Kailany merece estar con sus padres.
