Let’s Feed Houston's Street Dogs
This fundraiser is for our sweet boy, Moosie, who passed away this summer after a tough fight with lymphoma. We called his journey *Moosie Strong* because that’s exactly what he was—strong, resilient, and full of love. Moosie was labeled “unadoptable” by BARC, but in our home, he was everything. He brought so much love and healing to our family in ways we never expected.
When Moosie got sick, we felt the incredible power of community. Your love and support gave us more time with him and allowed his passing to be peaceful, on his terms. Without you, we couldn’t have given him the care he deserved. We’ll forever be grateful for the kindness and generosity that carried us through such a hard time.
Now, we want to pay that love forward in Moosie’s honor. For the next two weeks, we’re holding a dog food drive for street dogs in Greater Houston—dogs just like Moosie, who have no one to care for them. Every single donation will go straight to feeding these forgotten pups.
