Reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for Jack Squirek - a husband, dad, brother, son, newly grandpa and former NFL Raider #58 & Super Bowl 18 champion.
Jack has been courageously battling a series of health challenges for the past 9 months. Since March, he has faced a serious heart attack and MRSA infection followed by many complications requiring several surgeries.
While it is extremely difficult to see Jack fighting for his life, he is a warrior and we believe he can get much better with the appropriate care.
Unfortunately, his medical insurance has denied any further coverage, leaving us in a challenging financial situation. Jack has a long road ahead of him. He is currently in an AcuteCare ICU Hospital. If you are able, and would like to help with Jack's medical bills, we would SO appreciate your kindness. Every dollar will go directly to Jack’s expenses.
