Two very sick kittens were trapped and saved from a feral colony on 11/12/24. Within the next week, their 2 healthier siblings were trapped as well. Pumpkin (orange kitten) is blind and is going to need her eyeball removed once she weighs enough to have surgery. She is the happiest little girl you will ever meet and purrs away as soon I pick her up.
Guardian Angel Cat Rescue is a very small local (one woman) rescue that is fully funding the kitten's medical care, food and supplies. She has been quoted $3000 for Pumpkin's eye removal surgery with a "10% rescue" discount. We are hoping to find a lower cost option but still need to raise as much funds as possible. Since trapping these 4 kittens, Guardian Angel has trapped multiple other cats from this same colony which will help lower the reproduction cycle.
