Thank you for being a beacon of hope in our time of need.

Imagine living in a century-old house with every creak and crack telling the story of our lives. Our home holds memories of love and perseverance but also echoes of urgent repairs and mounting challenges. Struggling to keep up with necessary renovations, we now face a pivotal moment. After a life-altering accident left my husband unable to work effectively, we are deaf senior couple are at a crossroad, unable to maintain their beloved home.

Your kindness can make a tangible difference in their daily lives. From fixing the front porch to installing propane fireplaces for warmth and charm, your donations will kickstart essential repairs and bring comfort to us. Envision a newly renovated living space where we can age in place with dignity and ease - your support is the key to making this dream a reality.

With a detailed breakdown of expenses ranging from electrical work to bathroom conversions, our plea for help is transparent and heartfelt. Every dollar contributed will not only fix the leaking roof or renovate bedrooms; it will restore hope and security to our lives. Your generosity is more than a gift; it's a beacon of light guiding us towards safer and more comfortable days ahead.

Join us in supporting us on our journey to transform our house into a haven of peace and stability. Your donations, no matter the size, will have a lasting impact on our well-being and happiness. Thank you for standing with us in this challenging time and being the ray of hope we desperately need. Your kindness means more than words can express.

Together, we can make a difference in their lives. Thank you for your compassion and generosity.

My husband Fred had heart attack, Thursday Nov 13 after the pharmacy gave him two vaccines for RSV and Flu. He was admitted to ER by ambulance.

I was admitted to ER same day as I was in great deal of pain.

Good news, Fred do not need surgery and change with new medication then follow up with his PCP this Wed Nov 19th and cardiologist.  He is being discharged from the hospital today Nov 16th after 3 days.

As we get older the less ability to repair or renovate for us to age in place.

Feel free to click donate or share on your social media.

Thank you everyone for your prayers and support.

Our insurance came to look at the leak in 2nd bedroom, and the damage is $2,165.00

They said our deductible is $,2000.00   They changed from $500 to $2,000.00 deductible without us knowing.

We are unable to make repairs at all, and it will be a matter of time the bedroom ceiling will come crashing down just like dining room ceiling almost collapsed few years ago before we demo dining room.

This is dire.

Fred Alzheimer's is much worse before my eyes in the last few months that he fell off bed first time and my skin cancer is getting so bad that I will see skin doctor on Oct 29th.

UPDATE AS OF OCT 14, 2025.  My husband, Fred has been diagnosed with early Alzheimer's after his blood test shows above normal amyloid in brain.

We really do need help as Fred's Alzheimer's progressed so fast before my eyes since first diagnosed last July 2025. He fell off bed first time ever.  I had to borrow bed railing from Fred's sister to prevent him from falling.

His physical ability to make repairs is out of question.  I am alone doing the chores with everything.  This burden falls heavily on me.  I will be 69 this May 2026.

Consider donating something and/or volunteer to help with renovation and I provide supplies from Amazon gift registry at https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/1FXHLODQ2WRPT?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_ggr-subnav-share_CXKAEFR1S092XZCEDB15

Thank you!
