This is our 10th season. It started as a two friends who got some players together to play and it became a management job. In the last year that friend has left due to a personal choice to do something easier and I'm the only person running 7 teams. It takes up more time than my regular work. We don't have a historic or social club backing us. We don't have sponsorship. The players pay literally enough to cover bills and between the guys who end up not paying, the openly unfair treatment from the league, and the fact that we pay half of what other clubs charge, we are in debt and I am now in debt. We've recently hired a coach who is amazing and will help take us further, and it's another expense.
All I'm looking for is a little help to ensure we can pay the requisite dues, and so that I don't have to go any deeper into my pocket. Maybe one day this will turn into a living for me but for now it's the opposite, and really I just want to play and be successful with something I've put everything into.
