When I was 23 I was on a dating telephone site, called the party line that was for 18 and over people only and I ended up exchanging numbers with this girl, seem very nice but told me she was having family issues, so after a couple days talking over the phone I invited her over to hangout with me so she can get away from her family stress, she agreed and we were talking in my car for about 30min then we went inside my place where me & my mom both stayed , mom was present in house , we watched movie & cuddle and slight kiss then dozed off Nothing more! Next Morning her mom at my mom door with the cops 👮‍♀️ arresting me saying I kidnapped a 13yr old girl 😞 at the station the cops forced me into saying what happened I told them we did nothing but kissed and cuddled and I had no idea she was 13, she looked older and on a 18 and over phone dating site so I figured she was over the age and I was charged with Rape! Never ever been arrested for nothing ever and had a appointment to start flight attendant training that same week . Worse day of my life I was sentenced to 3yrs and did 6 months and let out on probation but have to register as a sex offender for life, meaning I can't live a regular life and go to places with my friends I always dreamed of and have my info on every state website that I live in , it's the most horrific feeling ever especially when you kno your not that animal being highlighted , I cry 😢 very often! It's a very disturbing title to have especially when I have 3 beautiful kids of my own , please help me get this name off my back I'm a great guy and great dad that didn't deserve this embarrassing life it's been 2 decades trying to remove this, please help!
