I own my land out right. I have a land patent. The land patent gives me rights that the County Code is refusing to acknowledge. The county is threatening to restrain me from my land and demolish the home I built.
I'm not only fighting for my rights but for the rights of every landowner, homesteader, off-grider, farmer, rancher, business owner...
My court date is March 13th. The county gave me 3 weeks notice for court. The judge denied me my right to due process by denying my request for a continuance. I have 5 days to file all paperwork. 8 days to prepare a court case. 8 days to come up with a backup plan to move.
I will be presenting myself in court by special appearance to challenge their authority, venue and jurisdiction. I have not harmed anyone, it is not in my nature. I am completely at peace. There is no victim. No injured party. No witness statement. No affidavit of truth. No oath or affirmation from a man or woman; there is no loss injury or harm here.
I have an AMAZING team of freedom fighters and patriots helping me. I am told I will win this case but in the process I might lose my home as collateral damage.
I need your prayers more than anything.
I need funds to purchase an RV to live in. I already have a place to park it.
I need funds to file paperwork, pay my witnesses, court fees, travel fees and a huge list of unknown expenses.
I know that God has a plan for me and that he always provides. I am protected. God has always had my back. I will be ok. I will win this. 🇺🇲

**Update** My case is currently in appeals. I'm taking it all the way to Supreme Court. Attempting expose all the fraud and corruption in Oregon as I go. It's getting expensive and I could really use your support! 🇺🇲
