I am a 57 year old man who injured my back at work, and I am no longer able to work doing physical labor. While I’m searching for work in an office setting, I need help paying rent/bills.
This is just the latest in a series of bad luck I’ve endured in the past six years. I was also forced to sell the business I loved because of COVID, then sell my house to prevent eviction because of foreclosure, and move closer to family. I moved all of my belongings into storage thinking that my situation would improve, but I was unable to continue making payments on the storage unit, and lost everything. I am currently living in an apartment with furniture donated to me.
I also have 13 year old dog, that is very healthy, but he’s not getting any younger. I would like to be able to have the security of knowing that I could cover Vet bills for him if needed. I also will be running out of his food soon.
I have reached the point where I don’t have money for food. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and hope that one day my situation improves to the point where I can pay it forward. Thanks so much!
