We met our friend Dorothy about 8 months ago. She is a strong, remarkably positive, faith-filled woman who has been wheelchair-bound for the last 35 years. The wheelchair lift for her car no longer functions, and the mechanic said it needs total replacement. Dorothy has recently been hospitalized for pressure wounds and requires a special mattress for pressure redistribution to avoid another hospitalization. Dorothy is a woman who is willing to do the work, does not complain, and does not take charity lightly. Dorothy does not have anyone close to her to provide support so we are raising funds simply to make her road less uncomfortable. Please help if you can.
