Megan Brock submitted two Right-To-Requests (RTK) requests to Montgomery County in March 2021. She asked for all emails between the Montgomery County Department of Health that discuss the following:
Dr. David Rubin (Director of CHOP Policy Lab)
Dr. David Damsker (Director of Bucks County Health Department)
Dr.Val Arkoosh (Montgomery County Commissioners)
Dr. Rachel Levine (PA Secretary of Health)
-CHOP
-COVID-19
-Assurance Rapid Testing
-CLIA Licensing
Montgomery County attempted to charge Mrs. Brock $31,000 to produce the records in question. Mrs. Brock appealed to the office of open records where she won. The OOR ruled they must grant Mrs. Brock the 112,000 records in question WITHOUT being charged. The County refused to comply and instead took her to the Commonwealth Court.
OUR REQUEST
Mrs. Brock is being forced by Montgomery County to spend her own money on appeals and attorney costs in order to win RTK records that multiple government entities have now said she must recieve. Montgomery County has unlimited taxpayer money to spend on hiding these emails from the light of day. Mrs. Brock does not. We are asking for any donation to help fund further litigation. Once the appeals are exhausted Montgomery County will be held in contempt of court and their soliticor will be arrested if they withhold them any further.
WHY BOTHER
The records in question undeniably contain a massive amount of information that reflects poorly on Montgomery County Democrats. We know this because of two main reasons. 1) We have secured tens of thousands of records from other government agencies which indicate gross violations of law exclusively by Democrat elected and unelected officials in State and County Governement. 2) The extreme degree to which Montgomery County is trying to hide these RTK records implies the severe impact upon their release.
We believe that the implications of these emails will go much further than Montgomery County and Val Arkoosh. We believe they also implicate the Wolf Administration in particular Josh Shapiro.
