They say that in life, your first and true friends are your cousins. This is a story about my cousin, Michelle.
It is with our whole hearts that we are asking for help. Michelle is a sweet loving mother who was recently diagnosed with uterine cancer. She lives in Venezuela where her situation is precarious due to the economic crisis and the crime-ridden situation that the country is experiencing. Unfortunately, she lost her job last year due to the pandemic and does not have insurance to cover the expenses for her treatment.
Because of the very challenging circumstances that Michelle and her family are experiencing she is also malnourished at this time and at just 5'3" tall she weighs a mere 88 Lbs. Michelle will need treatments such as radiation and chemotherapy along with advanced nutrition to be able to fight this cancer successfully.
She has always been a kind human eager to help others in need, she is a true friend, caring sister, and daughter. Her laughter is contagious to those around her. Please help us save her life! Her extended family is absorbing as many of the expenses as they can but cannot do it without your help and generosity.

Dicen que en la vida tus primeros y verdaderos amigos sone tus primos. Esta es la historia de mi proma Michelle...
Es con todo nuestro corazon que estamos pidiendo ayuda para esta dulce y amorosa madre a la que recientemente le diagnosticaron con cancer del cuello uterino. Ella vive en Venezuela donde su situacion es precaria debido a la crisis economica y la situacion de criminalidad que atraviesa el pais. Desafortunadamente, la pandemia solo empeoro las cosas y Michelle perdio su trabajo el ano pasado y no tiene seguro de salud para cubrir los gastos de sus tratamientos.
Debido a las desafiante circumstacias que Michelle y su familia atraviesan, en estos moments Michelle cuya altura es 1 metro 60 cm solo pesa 40 kg, estando en este estado de malnutricion su recuperacion puede estar seriamente comprometida. Michelle necesitara tratamientos como radiation y quimioterapia, asi mismo nutricion avanzada para poder combatir este cancer con exito.
Michelle tiene un corazon de oro, siempre con palabras de animo para los demas, es amable y deseosa de ayudar a cuantos la neseciten. Ella es una amiga verdadera, una hermana e hija carinosa, su risa es contagiosa y ella trae luz con su presencia.
Su familia extensa esta absorbiendo tantos gastos como pueden, pero nesecitan de tu ayuda y generocidad. Es con lagrimas en nuestros ojos que te pedimos, si puedes encontrar en tu corazon la bondad para ayudarnos, te estaremos eternamente agradecidos.
