Holly has always been the person who shows up. If someone is sick, she’s at their door with a homemade meal. If a friend is struggling, she’s the one who quietly takes care of the groceries or the errands. She gives her time, her energy, and her heart without ever expecting anything in return. She was also on the funeral food committee at her church, making sure that she did her part in getting the meal ready for the family after the services.
Now she’s the one who needs a hand.
After undergoing a left total knee replacement, Holly is facing steep medical costs. Her insurance leaves her with a $3,000 deductible, and the rehab bicycle she needs at home is out of network, adding another $4,000. She’s also required to take at least three weeks off work and is using more than the last of her PTO just to get through recovery. That’s where any extra money would help with her bills.
Holly would never ask for help for herself—but she deserves it.
If you’re able to contribute toward her medical expenses, it would truly lighten her load during a difficult time.
