I'm at the finish line and need help feeding my girls for about two months. I have beaten cancer and am in remission! I have a big surgery coming up on 31 August and 1 September. Meanwhile, my car is still in shambles in the yard, so I haven't been able to go to work and make money. I'm living off food bank food. Thank God for the food bank, or I'd already starve to death. I'm in central Texas, with no family to help me, so I need help buying a couple bags of dog food and cat food for my old cat, and then I'm gonna need supplies before I go to the surgery to reverse my prolapsed and herniated ostomy/stoma. Recovery time is 4 to 8 weeks, so I'm hoping that the mechanic will get my car fixed in the meantime, and by the end of September or the beginning of October, I can go back to work to support me and my girls. I have been denied disability for the second time this year and am now waiting for a court date for an appeal on their decision. In the meantime, I'm gonna need things like Dulcolax, Gatorade, liquid diet stuff, lots of toilet paper, and quite possibly adult diapers, and I'm OK with that as long as the stoma and the ostomy bags are gone, and then I can work on getting my independence back. I'm just asking for help to feed my animals and get the supplies that I need to get me through to at least October 1. I need help! I've lost all my independence for the last two years due to this, and my life has been put on hold. The surgery is the only thing that's gonna get me back to partially normal. If anyone could please find it in their heart to help me take care of my girls, who I will go homeless for, it would be greatly appreciated.
