Everyday a fellow Vet is forgotten. Struggling to make it through life because the nightmare of defending the country they love has had serious effects on their mental stablilty. What’s even worse is that because of their mental health this leads most of our fellow Veterans displaced and homeless. Who will fight for them? Who will care enough to make a change? Everyday thousands of homeless Vets could just use a warm place to stay and enjoy a healthy meal. Help me with this cause. We have the initiative to begin to build something great for our Vets. Let’s start by remembering the War Against Terror. As a person who know many vets who fought in Iraq I have seen firsthand the struggles they endured to survive simple everyday life. Not enough programs or people who want to help exist. In honor of the War against Terror, homeless Vets, and metal health awareness an event at The Big Room Bar on March 18 is being held from 8pm- 11pm. A wonderful line up of local artist and Vets are excited to preform and tear the house down. In honor of our Vets your admission is free. Tickets are available. All donations will go to the VA Homeless Vets.
