Hi I'm Jesse, and LA is bad for me.
So bad, in fact, I have to emergency move from the West Coast to the East Coast... fast. Real fast.
This crowdfund covers airfare (plus pet fee for Leslie) and shipping my absolute essentials (interview & cold-weather clothes, reference books, etc).
Because I'm only budgeting for "move myself and cat" and "literally could not start my life anew without this" kind of things, any overflow will go to shipping quality of life stuff, like my desk, spare clothes, dishes, etc. If I somehow manage to get everything shipped, I'll close this spotfund immediately.
Anything helps. A large mailing box from here to there is $25, so even just that much will pay for one box full of stuff I need to start over. If you're extremely broke (like me, obvs), just sharing this out is also very helpful.
