Fundraiser for Zack Hoffman and Family

Our family is reaching out to ask for prayers, love, and support for Zack Hoffman.

In September 2024, Zack was diagnosed with Lymphoma ( Non Hodgkin’s)  defuse large B cell. He started treatment right away, but unfortunately, the first round of chemotherapy didn’t work. In February 2025, Zack was briefly declared cancer-free — but only a month later, new scans showed the cancer had returned.

In May 2025, he began CAR-T therapy, and by August 1, 2025, he was once again cancer-free. We all thought the fight was finally over. Sadly, in January 2026, Zack’s cancer came back yet again.

With courage and hope, Zack decided to move forward with  Allogenic stem cell transplant — his best chance at beating this disease for good. Miraculously, his sister Marissa was a perfect match. The transplant process began on April 10, 2026. Marissa donated her white blood cells on April 13, and Zack received his transplant on April 16 at Temple University Hospital, where he’ll remain for the next couple of weeks while his body adjusts to the new cells.

Zack is not only a fighter — he’s also a devoted husband to Joana and a loving father to their two children, Tania and David. Because Zack cannot work during this time, the family faces growing medical bills and daily living costs.

We’re asking our community, friends, and family to come together and help ease that burden. Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and help Zack and his family focus on what matters most — his recovery and healing.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, prayers, and compassion. Every bit of support brings Zack one step closer to beating cancer once and for all.
