π HELP TILYN & MIESHA STAY SAFE AT HOME
My name is Miesha. I’m a full-time single mom and caregiver to my son Tilyn.
Tilyn has H-ABC Leukodystrophy, a rare progressive brain disease that affects his ability to walk, talk, and function. It’s robbing him of motor control, coordination, and eventually independence. He also has autism, and depends on aides for mobility, me for hygiene, an gtube for eating, and patience for emotional regulation.
I live with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a painful, degenerative autoimmune disease that attacks my spine and joints. It causes stiffness, nerve pain, and daily fatigue — yet I’m still the only one caring for Tilyn.
We don’t have regular help & no one to fall back on, we are one emergency away from crisis.
