Major Jason Watson’s Stand 4 Democracy FBO His Legal Defense

Major Jason Watson was formally charged by the Air Force on Monday, August 24, 2026:

UCMJ Article 88 (Contempt Towards Officials, Article specific for military officers) x3.

UCMJ Article 92 (Failure to Obey a Lawful Order) x5.

UCMJ Article 133 (Conduct Unbecoming an Officer) x2.

As a result, the decision was made to keep him in custody until his court martial or resolution (pleas). His legal teams are working diligently so we need your continued help. Every dollar is going towards his legal defense and every dollar is appreciated. If you are not in a position to donate we truly understand but if you could still share this with everyone you know that is appreciated just as much.

The size of the dog in the fight is all of us behind him.

We are at 38 days since Major Watson spoke on the steps at the US Capitol and the lack of news and informational updates have pushed his story way down and we who support him believe this to be by design. The gag order is still in place, the investigation continues with virtually no public information released, but that does not mean his case has stopped on either side. His legal teams are still hard at work and Major Watson is doing well. We are resolute in our support for him and we are grateful for not just those who have supported him financially but also those who have kept this crowdfunding campaign out front. Please continue to do so as this fight is far from over. Thank you!

As of July 8th, 2026 we have moved approximately 90% of the received donations into the Trust in order to protect them. We have been in contact with Major Watson and he is in good spirits. He is overwhelmed with the support that he has garnered and is extremely grateful for everything. The military is still conducting their investigation to determine exactly what charges they will be filing and we will post updates as necessary.

The next biggest request that we have is to ask that everyone reach out to their Members of Congress to demand action. The US Constitution is clear and we demand that they invoke Rule IX which allows any member to force a vote for impeachment on the House floor even without the approval of House leaders. Rule IX is powerfully disruptive by design. It requires a vote within two (2) business days. Impeach. Remove. Convict.
