Help Branch Get Hip Surgery

Gwen's beloved pup Branch was recently trying to flex on our neighbors dog, as they would often faceoff in each other's respective backyards, barking at a fencepost. Anywho, he somehow popped his leg out of the hip socket which requires surgery. If you could help, we would certainly appreciate it
