Jessica, Eric and daughter Avah lost just about everything during the recent hurricane Ian. All their belongings were under 3 feet of toxic salty flooded sear water mixed with mud and sewage. The family was very shaken, as they huddled on the high top king sized bed, debating a climb up in to the attic. Fortunately the storm passed and the water eventually receded, and they came out safe and all together. The dog Luis and the hamster Turbo were placed out of harms way and made it as well as the fish tank. But all their furniture, clothing, food, petfood, pots, pans, books, toys, tablet, bedding, carpets, drapes, jewelry, shoes--everything soaked and fetid. Destroyed. Right now, it seems the greatest suffering is that they are without a car! Can't get out to the store, or to work, or for supplies. Avah's school was lost, and communication is difficult. The future for education or unline studies is unknown. The neighborhood looks like a junkyard. All cars were submerged under several feet of water and can not be recuperated. I have set up this go fundme to help them get back on their feet. Won't you please contribute?
