The Miss Utah Scholarship Organization (MUSO), a 501(c)(3), is an official state preliminary to Miss America. With the mission of empowering women to lead, MUSO promotes academics, community engagement, and communication skills, serving as a launching pad for Utah women to advance their academic and career goals. Backed by strong local organizations, including city and county partners, MUSO provides service, interview, and professional development opportunities that strengthen communities across Utah.
