I have four autoimmune diseases: Type 1 diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and Gastroparesis. I was able to receive a tax credit due to my Financial Poverty Level status, dropping the cost of the one plan in the state where the credit could be applied. I have tried seeking assistance from relatives and caretakers. I have until 1/5/2023 to pay the plan-that's when the grace period ends. I cannot afford the cost of medication or Doctors' visits w/o insurance.
I really need assistance and will provide proof (e-receipt, confirmation number) that the money was spent to pay the premium.
