Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart during one of the most difficult times in our lives. My boyfriend, Max, was recently involved in a serious car accident that has completely turned his world upside down.
On April 20, 2026, Max was driving home after spending time with family and friends. What should have been a normal drive quickly became a nightmare. While on the highway in San Antonio, his car hydroplaned. In a matter of seconds, he lost control, sliding across three lanes before crashing into a semi-truck and two other vehicles.
Everything happened so fast.
Max is currently in the hospital being evaluated, and we are still waiting to fully understand the extent of his injuries. This uncertainty has been incredibly scary for all of us. We are grateful that he is alive, but we know he has a difficult road ahead.
Max works in the railroads and is one of the hardest-working people I know. He takes pride in what he does and rarely ever slows down. Outside of work, he loves going to the gym and it’s a big part of his routine and something that keeps him motivated and strong. Seeing him in this position is heartbreaking.
Because of this accident, Max is unable to work, and the medical bills, along with everyday living expenses, are quickly becoming overwhelming. This is something we were not prepared for, and we are doing our best to stay strong through it.
If you know Max, you know the kind of person he is kind, selfless, and always there for others without hesitation. He’s the one who shows up when people need him most, and now he needs that same love and support.
