Nelson hasn’t seen his son since he was 4 Months old, but not by choice!
Kaysher Itani (kristina calls him dean) was born january 10th of 2021. He, his mother (Kristina Jefferson but goes by grace), and his father (Nelson Itani) had just moved in to their first place as a family! There is a lot of history behind Kristina and Nelson but long story short, They were toxic… She cheated so he did for revenge and because he cheated she refused to ever let Nelson see him again! She also called the police to tell them he domestically abused her. That was not the case and it was founded that she lied, the case was dismissed but there was still a NCO. He was not allowed to contact her, and because she didn’t let him sign the birth certificate he couldn’t message her about there son.
Since then Kristina started doing meth with her new boyfriend who she calls Kayshers “New daddy” Logan Patrick stripe, he has a long record of drug use, domestic violence, assault and child endangerment and many others. (Polk county (IA) online courts). She plans on staying with him even tho logan has hurt her and her son! She says “He loves them and didn’t mean to harm either one he was just to strung out on meth he’s been doing it for years and it was an accident”
Her home was founded that the allegations against her were true with dhs, they made her sign some papers and they deamed her home safe, because she cooperated and is going to “get” help.
she admitted that she is going to continue use and stay with logan because she loves him and enjoys there smoking activities! Kaysher was in the home during the use of meth and was under her care while she was under the influence. she’s currently not working, kayshers clothes are getting a little snug, but she burned the clothes i have her for him!
Kaysher is not her first priority, She’s been holding him as a trophy to say she “won” against nelson! Nelson misses his little boy and wants everything to do with him but civilly Kristina refuses! She asked me (Quinci) to watch him even tho she hates me bc she wanted to go smoke with her friends, I watched him and got a paternity test done Nelson is the father and wants to help or fully raise his son and keep i him out of the environment and danger he’s already experienced and been exposed too!
He’s trying to gain his fathers rights and custodial rights, he would like to have sole primary custody and raise him to be a good young man! He’s been wanting to step up the whole 2 years of his life but kristina said they HAVE to be together or HE has no rights, Now she says “You lost your rights when you cheated” She’s so mad at him for cheating that she’s cheating her child out of a damn good father! she’s letting her self and her son be abused by “new daddy” logan!
If you could please help us Pay for court costs it would be so helpful, Kaysher didn’t ask to be here! He’s an innocent child and does not deserve to be neglected, In kristina’s home he has a lack of food and clothes! He also lacked proper hygiene, With multiple butt rash cases, very little diapers!
